Dr. Cecil M. Robeck led a team of pentecostal scholars to dialogue with the World Alliance of Reformed Churches Waldensians in Italy hosted the inaugural meeting in May.

The Pentecostal World Conference held September 11-14, 1995 in Jerusalem featured a theology track. The Sept/Oct (95) issue of Sojourners includes a small piece on "pentecostalism" (pp. 30-33). The next European Pentecostal-Charismatic Research Association conference will be held in Prague during September 1997.

Most issues of The Journal of Hispanic/Latino Theology carry an article on pentecostalism. Published by the Academy of Catholic Hispanic Theologians of the United States (ACHTUS), the vision of this fine publication is shown in its inclusion of Dr. Samuel Solivan, a pentecostalist, along with Dr. Justo L. Gonzalez on the editorial board.

A conference for pentecostal leaders and scholars convened June 10-14 in San Jose, Costa Rica with the theme "The Globalization of Pentecostalism."  For more information contact Dr. Byron Klaus.

Afroscope 71 (Sept/Oct 95) reports an effort undertaken May 14-21, 1995 to reconcile various churches in Ruwanda. Dr. Tokunboh Adeyemo, head of the Association of Evangelicals in Africa, was on hand, along with various Protestant denominations as well as a pentecostal denomination and the World Council of Churches. Anyone wishing to purchase a copy of the papers delivered to the European Pentecostal and Charismatic Research Association held July 10-14 should contact Fr. Peter D. Hocken, secretary of the Society for Pentecostal Studies.  PCCNA will follow the "Memphis Miracle" with "Memphis Revisited" to run Sept 30-Oct 2.
